Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
NEU Holdings Inc. (“NEU Holdings,” “we,” “us” or “our”) operates neuholdingsinc.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We are the controller of that information.
2. Information you give us
The Site collects personal information in one place only: the project inquiry form. When you submit it, we receive the fields you fill in:
- Name and email address — required, so we can identify and reply to you.
- Company or website — optional.
- What you need — optional; the categories you select, such as website, software, e-commerce or growth.
- Budget range — optional; a range you select, not an exact figure.
- Message — optional; whatever you choose to tell us about your project.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the form. We do not ask for, and have no need for, government identifiers, financial account details, health information or similar categories of data.
3. Information collected automatically
The Site does not use analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking technologies, and it does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider processes limited technical information — such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request — in standard server logs, for security, abuse prevention and reliability. We do not use that information to build a profile of you.
4. How we use your information
We use what you submit to:
- read and respond to your inquiry;
- assess whether we are a suitable fit for the work you describe;
- communicate with you about a possible or existing engagement; and
- keep records of business inquiries, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you submitted an inquiry.
5. Legal bases
Where data protection law such as the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on these legal bases: your consent, which you give by choosing to submit the form; our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and running our business; and compliance with legal obligations where they apply. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, though that does not affect processing already carried out.
6. Service providers
We keep the number of parties who touch your information small. We use:
- Vercel — hosting and delivery of the Site, including server logs.
- Supabase — the database that stores inquiry form submissions.
- Our email provider — to correspond with you after you get in touch.
These providers process information on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. They may store or process data outside your country, including in the United States; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
7. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry submissions for as long as needed for the purpose they were given, and then for a reasonable period afterwards for business records — ordinarily no longer than three years from our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or the information relates to an ongoing engagement. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
8. Security
Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a database protected by access controls, where the Site’s own credentials permit submissions to be written but not read back. Access is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take these obligations seriously.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may also have the right to know what we collect and to opt out of sale or sharing — noting that we do not sell or share personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email us at hello@neuholdingsinc.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act. If you are in the EEA or UK and are unsatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
10. Children
The Site is intended for businesses and the people who run them. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party sites
The Site links to other websites, including those of our ventures and our growth practice. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them. Please read the policy of any site you visit.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in how we operate or what the law requires. The version posted here is the one in effect, and the date above shows when it last changed. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
